Anybody knows about Ottoman Sampire?

Question

I have seen the name of the so called empire, surely as reference to Ottoman Empire, on wiki fandom yet there were no citations and I couldn't find anything else about it on internet does anyone know anything or is it just a speculation? Could there be more information in Selvadorada or elsewhere? I am very curious to hear more about it thanks in advance

I think they are just random references to RL historical eras, with slightly different wording and simlish-ished. An I don't think I came across any of those references outside the JA pack, but I could easily be wrong.

I assume a Sampire is a Sim Empire (or, more intriguingly, a Sim Vampire Empire!)
