Anyone else concerned by the way Sims 4 is being broken up and sold?

So... I was willing to let it go when they released vampires as a separate game pack, since I figured if they were going to split the supernatural states up and have them as thoroughly fleshed out as ...

Well EA/Maxis employees certainly work hard at spin regarding press releases and responses for their games. This game and certainly with Sim City 2013. Do they really laugh at us, I mean besides laughing all the way to the bank? As I said in another thread of course they work hard... that's what our money pays them to do.
