In save games where I had a sim in pursuit of fame, I left all the current 'stars' in place, but in other saves including the one I'm currently playing, I have deleted ALL celebrities. Strangely, I have never once seen Baby Ariel in game in any of my saves despite having had GF from launch and playing it heavily.
