Anyone Else Experiencing this...

I just noticed this happening, but I have a sim that is an artist. When she paints her art from reference, I save it, but then when I come back on, the canvas is blank. I don't know if this is something new or if this just a fluke. Any advise would be beneficial. Thank you.

It's been happening and they was supposed to fix it but at this point i swear EA just trolls us and tells us lies then says "but hey here is some free stuff" like I DON'T care FIX THE **bleep** GAME!
