I never touch their genetics. In my legacy save my Sims hips got wider and wider through the generations but I don't have the heart to change them. I guess that's my way of keeping it a little bit like reality. You get what you are given so I just roll with it!

I just ended up with pretty, skinny Sims with very large hips! :D
