Anyone Else Feel Guilty About Changing a Sim's Genetics?

I seem to have the misfortune of getting chinless wonders for my sim's offspring and that irritates me. Oftentimes, I go through all the households in my save just tweaking that one annoying feature. Other than that, I mostly leave my sims the way they are.
