Anyone Else Feel Guilty About Changing a Sim's Genetics?

I generally don't edit my sims' features, since I try to avoid cheating with families I hope to play for generations. I kind of wish TS4 had the plastic surgery option TS3 has. It would feel a little less like cheating then.
