Anyone else feel sorry for Lilith?

I recently started to play the Pleasant sisters who were added by the University pack. I downloaded their parents, put them all in the same house and used the MCCC to make them all part of the same family tree.

Anyway, I am appalled at the way Daniel and Mary-Sue treat Lilith. It's like she was doomed since birth, with them giving her such a name and how they didn't bother raising her properly in TS2.

In TS4 Angela's room is absolutely lush compared to Liliths and she gets the best of everything. In my game she is currently living a perfect little life as a cultural connoisseur, married to some scientist guy she met at uni and with a newborn baby boy. Lilith is still living with her parents, though she is dating this guy named Akira. The sisters don't get along and the parents (of course) dote on Angela but still treat Lilith like trash.

Part of me wants to sabotage Angela's perfect life; get her husband to cheat on her and her baby whisked away due to "neglect". What do you all think? Which sister do you prefer?

Lilith in TS2 as she's the underdog. I usually (with some help from Simpe) take the route of them realizing how their parents are hosing both of them (Angela's relationship stats aren't great with m&P, either), and join forces to foil the 'divide and conquer' scheme. Both get sent to college in due course, where Lilith kicks academic butt with 4 years of Deans List performance. Invariably, she takes the house over when back home, kicks her mean parent(s) to the curb, and becomes queen bee of Pleasantview.

I think I'm missing something. What's wrong with the name Lilith?

According to myth the first Lilith was Adam's first wife, built like him directly by God but she was too strong willed, wanted to be treated as Adam's equal so Adam complained, and God threw her into hell and created Eve from Adam's rib so she would always owe her existence to Adam instead of being his equal.

SO basically Lilith became a demon queen according to the myth, while others argue she was treated unfairly and deserved no punishment whatsoever.

Oh and one thing you forgot to mention, by the original myth, Lilith had an affair with an arch angel, Samael. (again by based the same source) What also was one of her big reasons to not to stay with Adam.

I might be misremembering but the reason for the affair was that he failed to satisfy her wishes during Woohoo...

Well, an arch angel is definitely a trade up. I'd kick Adam to the curb too, especially if the Woohoo was unsatisfactory.

As far as the in-game Lilith, I haven't done anything with her. This makes me want to play her story now.

This was a rivalry that was so strong we are still wrapped up in it. I played Angela and Lilith in TS4 at uni and they got along very well. It was disappointing. Why can’t they be at each other’s throats like they were in TS2? The worst anyone did was say their school was superior. I want the autonomous drama again, I want to see them stomp their foot with the picture of their enemy in their thoughts with the flames. TS2 was hilarious. I’ve been watching a Let’s Play by Pleasant Sims where she played a TS3 version of Pleasantview and it makes me so nostalgic!
