Anyone else find it hard to make sims that actually look asian?

I like the asian doll look but I feel like I have to throw the winged eyeliner / whatever its called on all my asian sims to make them look asian. If I take it off or give them any hair colour that isn't black or dark brown they look like a white girl.

I just tried to make a typical over-exaggerated asian girl with the big circle lens eyes and big false lashes but she just looks creepy.

    I made an Asian female sim(young adult) in my gallery. She has a custom content eyeshadow and recoloured top from modthesims.info.
    my origin ID is midnightpearl

    I actually did it without the CC and it worked actually.
