MOO is an essential tool for my builds. I'd be lost without it. As @mcrudd mentioned, I use it a lot to avoid clipping. It bugs me when I can see the leaves on the plant in the next room poking through the wall, or the tree outside coming through the roof or windows. Sometimes I want a picture, mirror or wall decoration to hang a little higher or lower, or I want to move an object slightly to make it centered. I have OCD and MOO is helpful in dealing with how that affects my builds.
