Anyone else having this trouble?

I don't know if it was something they just came up with or if it is an issue but when I click to follow someone it says I have reached my limit. So, I don't know if it is a bug thing or if I actually have reached my limit.

I am referring to the gallery in the sims 4 where by follwing you would normally know when they upload a new household or lot to download.

As in Follow Sim when clicking on a sim in your sims' relationship panel? I've never seen that but I never follow other sims. I just use the other option, the locate sim or whatever it's called.
