Yep, it is mostly the unplayed/not in world sims that win the lottery. In one of my other play throughs it was an alien who won the lottery and she was a non played sim of course. I made a YouTube video about it and how to access non played/not in world sims. I think only in one play through my main sim that I usually play won the lottery in the second year! I usually like to put sims that are celebrities like Dirk Dreamer in mansions so obviously I have to money cheat for them.
Where can we view your videos? I want to edit some skeletons from Selvadorada, but can never access them from the Manager.
Re: This topic, I kind of assumed they were randomly generated names, too. Once, I remember I told myself I'd look into the Manager to find the winning Sim, but never got around to it... Now, I will keep a close eye... :)
