Anyone having problems downloading things from Sims File Share?

I go to click on the download button and nothing happens. I tried other files and different browsers, like Chrome I usually use FireFox. Does anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to overrid...

I usually had to click the download button twice before it began downloading
