I have a hormone disorder that causes too much Testosterone, and causes facial hair, so I can't accurately make my simself without these things.
Have you tried using a male frame for your female? I think that is what I did for one of my sims in the past to give her facial hair. However, it's been a while. I could have just as well used a mod and forgot that I used a mod.
