Having to take a vacation to go to a beach sounds awful. I should not have to do that to swim in a body of water. Makes in ground pools look glorious and valuable now if that's the case. Either make it a part of a new live in neighborhood or don't add it at all. No vacation world exclusive like that ever.
That's EXACTLY the issue I had with Selvadorada (or Granite Falls for that matter). I was excited to get Jungle Adventure then to find out that my Sims have to take a friggin vacation to go there and then I have to extend it because exploring it takes all of their time. Not to mention the loading screen between the household to then have somebody take a vacation to then another loading screen to Selvadorada. I wasted money and never went back there again. So it is just wasted space on my game. I don't know why we couldn't just travel there like in any of the other neighborhoods.
Sims Freeplay has Seasons (via a device you can control manually), cars, beaches, islands with beaches, a movie studio, and they make it look so easy!! Anyway, the new pack (if its not alien stuff) will probably be something about Gardening and picking fruit and plum (like that current challenge with all the trees full with bugs). Not that I want it, but it seems to be headed there.
Why do you have a problem with that? It’s just the idea of the pack and quite clear it was going to be. Once you’ve explored the jungle it will be open from then on won’t it? There are loading screens between every neighborhood, there are loading screens between lots even, why would that all of a sudden be a problem? When you go from Windenburg to Willow Creek you get a loading screen as well.
