There is no center of it all in San Myshuno, especially if people create residential lots out of the few lots available. And some of those lots aren't naturally suitable to be business lots as they are located in apartment buildings. So yes, there isn't really a downtown experience to San Myshuno, mostly because there isn't really a downtown. I would love a new neighbourhood that looks like a downtown with lots of ground level lots, to create shops, restaurants, etc.
