Apartment key in City Native aspiration

Question

I don't know if this is a bug or a feature. (And I read so many search questions that didn't apply.) I have a Sim who lives in a house in Windenburg. She's run out of aspirations to do (other than Deviance, which I won't do.) So I thought I'd have her try the City Native aspiration. However, she seems to be stuck because even though she's given her house key to several friends, this is not fulfilling the "give apartment key to a friend" milestone.

I'd move her into an apartment, but I don't want to have to juggle two households that way (and her kids are "taking care of grandma".)

Is there a way to fulfill this milestone or is it only for apartment dwellers to use this aspiration?

It does say apartment key, not residence key. I ran into the same issue, and I think it's a feature, not a bug.

You could just have her "visit a friend" in San Myshuno and temporarily move her into another household just long enough to give someone a key. Then you could move her right back into her original household.

There are also cheats for fulfilling milestones if you prefer.

I had that problem as well, it maybe a bug with the new patch or maybe you have to meet some people in San Myshuno first? I just know that when my sim living in another world tried to give a friend a key, the aspiration wasn't fulfilled. I have another sim living in San Myshuno and will try it with her and see if it works. If not, it's probably bug and have to report it.

Well I found out playing today that you can give an key to anyone no matter where you live as long as your're friends; though you do need to live in San Myshuno for it to count as the aspiration.
