I swap between, once i get bored with trying to design a home (im awful at building so this happens often and I dislike a lot of the premade houses) I will swap to an apartment but sometimes I feel like the apartments are too small and constricting and I miss gardens so then Ill go back to house, its a never ending cycle :D
