Appreciation for the coming Skin Tones Update

Thank you Sims 4 and all game changers for the coming skin tones update in December! I'm really excited, plus I LOVE the coming sliders for skin tones and makeup! Thank you!

I love them too and honestly they are really delivering good content with the sliders and all. But I'm just wondering, if they could add those features into the game, why not do it from the start? Not just the skin tones but also the sliders.
