Autonomously? Heck, mine can't at all! I REALLY hope they fix it, my sims can't have babies until it is! The only time I can get them to woo-hoo is to go to Ciudad Enamorada to that little hotel...sometimes. Sometimes, the option just isn't even there, even for my very married, very happy sims.

I wish! 🤣 And it's not just one couple that it is happening to. No options for the shower, the bed, no where. I am just about ready to try that "naughty" mod to see if it will give them the option until it's working again. 😉 It's not my favorite to have in the game, but if it will restore the option...
I would start taking out your entire Mods folder, but you probably tried that? Need to remove all temporarily, not only CC/mods that seem related to the problem. I recall my sims could not travel, and I was a bit surprised whe I found it was caused by a CC bed.
