Are all career skill point needs somewhere?

I'm writing a legacy challenge for myself and was trying to find out which skills are needed for each career and especially, what level of each skill. But I haven't been able to find this information...

    You could also check out The Sims Wiki, it's pretty thorough, too, and includes every job including the two new careers that came with Life & Death.

Thanks both! Carl has good guides but his career ones don't extend to the most recent packs. I usually give up easily on the Sims Wiki because I don't like how it's organized, but now I really dug deep there and found what I was looking for.
