Game Changers still have focus meetings, btw. When they have sims camp and stuff. A few of them mentioned it. One talked about how often they bring up the lack of personality and other issues and ways to fix them and one talked about bringing up skintone issues prior to last year and was met with non-answers. Game Changers are trying to do things, it's just up to the team to listen to them.
Game Changers have been talking about skintone issues before last year, too. I'm pretty sure what really fueled the decision to fix those issues was certain world events and the fact that it was hurting the game's image of being inclusive, something they push for so much, in addition to GCs bringing more awareness to it.
The reason we got things like naming your cowplant and black and white shelves is because they are easy. They are simple, easy things to put in. That's not the GC's fault. I can't believe people don't realize that.
