Are skin details gone for you guys? Semi Solved

I've noticed that I can no longer add any skin details to my Sims in cas. Like no freckles and stuff like that that's the option has disappeared. Has it moved anywhere else? Is it just me? It's been g...

I can't add them at all. The entire skin detail category is missing in cas
