Not sure what you mean, but I'm not in the clothing section, I'm in the section for editing makeup/hair/etc. I just edited in a screenshot if that helps.
When I click on a mirror I have two options usually. One is for "Plan Outfit" and I can set the outfit, hair and make up only in this option. The other option is "Change Sim" which allows me to change more things such as skin details and other things like teeth?
Okay I went back into the game and clicked on a mirror but there is no change Sim option for me. I tried a few mares. Plan outfit is the only option.
