Are there are NPCs you would never allow your sim to date or befriend

We all love and sometimes don't like our sims bit is there any NPC you would never hook your sim with or befriend and why? I don't mind befriending my sim with Salim Benali but I would never let a...

Brytani Cho, the single most annoying celebrity. I usually delete her, but if I don't then I'm glad my sims aren't famous enough to talk to her.
