- LaruhellNew SpectatorIt wasnt even just the dancers that made the bach parties fun in sims 3, but how the guests would have unique behavior and interactions with the groom/bride to be, like spraying nectar at them (and each other!), congratulate them and just otherwise party harder than usual-remember how they danced on counters and passed out on the floor later in night. Just as a FYI for the devs that even if they wanted to skip on adding back dancers, they couldve at least added some unique socials and NPC behavior to make bach parties fun in sims 4.
This gamepack is such a mess its making me depressed lol. - Horrorgirl6Seasoned Veteran

But it's gender neutral and you can select what NOT to do at this party. Ain't it innovative??? *sarcasm* (honestly I'm so mad with this "game" pack at this point)
A modder will create npc dancers or a cake dancer I'm sure.
We shouldn't need modders .Where is the pranks and the dancers . - Yeah. They're just both house parties with different names, so they're not really that different.

This is sad "Horrorgirl6;c-18063553" wrote:

You're right, we shouldn't.
It's been over 20 years with the franchise pretty much relying on modders to fill in the gaps and fix the things they never fix though. Some of us are just tired of repeating that mantra at this point because it has fallen on deaf ears longer than many simmers have even been alive.- logionXSeasoned Hotshot

Not to mention that modders have lives besides modding, and they are going to run out of patience and are not going to want to make mods for this game forever.
I really feel that Maxis are too dependent on their community. And I worry that one day littlemssam, bienchen or deaderpool are going to retire from modding. Keeping mods up to date is a lot of work and if modders feel that Maxis are putting in minimum effort, so they have to add changes to make the game better while they also have to keep all their mods up date, they are going to get tired of it.
I guess there could be new modders that show up, like Carl Sims 4 guides, but it's not a sustainable solution. "logion;c-18063571" wrote:

While you aren't wrong, it's not something to worry about. There's always someone else willing to step up. Today's TS4 modders who feel the most 'essential' are (mostly) completely different individuals from those we felt that way about in TS3 and the same was true from TS2 to TS3 and TS1 to TS2.
Deaderpool is to Twallan what Twallan was to J.M.Pescado, for example.
We shouldn't feel we "need" mods or modders and EA/Maxis shouldn't rely on them, but we also shouldn't expect there will ever be any kind of backfire on their (apparent) strategy in this regard. Over 20 years of history shows it just isn't going to happen.
That said, we should still never take them for granted, because that's just ungrateful. Modders certainly have earned our appreciation and respect, regardless of whether or not they are 'irreplaceable'.
Personally, my biggest fear is they will make the next iteration of the game not open to modding so readily. There has yet to be a Sims game in the franchise that was worth playing without mods. Just mho.
BTW, modders are so important and so in demand for the franchise that there are modders who make their entire living via Patreon/donations modding for this game. It's not their hobby, it's their actual career.- XxAirixXSeasoned NewcomerUnfortunately it is just another house party, not a real bachelor party. I heard they are going to have a big patch when the game is out to fix some things, maybe they will add some dancers (I doubt it; but we can hope). All they really have to do is reuse the animations for the firefighters at least. Not new; but better than nothing at all.

There is the possibility there are dancers but the Game Changers have an older build. Also maybe they're adding them in now since they're working on a patch to fix the bugs. - Horrorgirl6Seasoned Veteran

I am not sure if they can add features.
