As for what I think we'll get? I think we'll get Growing Pains and Life Issues (we've seen them in various forms already), Fan Club Creator (but it'll be fixed to premade clubs and be very, very limited), Modern Love and Romance, and Bands. We've already seen much of the deepened content.
I don't see us getting malls unless it's stuck to one world, and most stores are either shallow, or are hidden behind rabbit holes. Retail is a complete mess and they have problems with multi-purpose lots.
