Which is part of the point.
only 50% of builds even warn about needing MOO, and even those who DO usually put things where they are either in the way, unuseable despite MOO or at the very least making it very VERY annoying to make changes in the build since the whole aestetic / function of the lot hinges on 99% of objects being placed with MOO (Like Lilsimsie always using two or three lamps on top of each other).
