Have you tried DevonBumpkin or KateEmerald's builds? The builds they have done on the gallery that I've downloaded into my library are both beautiful and functional plus me they don't do CC heavy builds. (I don't have a lot of their builds but the few I do have are very nice to play in. It saves me time when I don't want to build something myself.
I love DevonBumpkin's builds.<3 I am doubtful they would work well for many in this thread, though. Both he and KateEmerald use an absolute ton of objects in their builds and MOO, but nothing in your post is offensive at all.
But if people are interested I recommend they take a quick look at his YouTube channel ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC1TPyODrNKG50lMkF8ruPNw ) to preview the builds.
