@lisamwitt Thanks for the reply. :) I only started playing Sims 4 a few weeks ago. I was playing 3 before this, so am not real familiar with the building techniques in 4. Still learning, reading player info, and watching a lot of tutorials.
As far as the main topic of this thread, I've downloaded a couple of builds that I ended up deleting because there was just too much work involved to get them usable. But I don't mind a few issues because I always renovate buildings at least a little to fit my own style anyway.
I appreciate builders who share their work since, as I said, I'm still learning about Sims 4. And generally, I prefer to start with a shell or even a completed build rather than starting from scratch. That way, I get more diversified builds and can benefit from other players' creative ideas. ;)
