A brand new Sim can afford this on their budget with some money left over to keep them going for a couple of days whilst they get a job and earn more money (I've also included a rose pot in the back yard that can be harvested and sold daily). As usual no CCs and no mods, and I have just play tested it for about four Sim-days and made sure I tried everything like beds, all chairs/tables, all of the bathroom and kitchen appliances, doors, steps, etc.

That looks a lovely build and a perfect starter home for strangerville. I’m rubbish at these style builds which remind me of southern USA houses.
