Are there werewolves cheats available?

Not aware of any other cheats yet.

I do wonder if those dormant abilities are hidden traits or not...

The pack just released, so there isn't much info about the cheats. As the time progresses, we discover more and have more info.

Would any of the cheats (like maybe the Ally one?) help with decrease the animosity between werewolves and vamps (and other non-weres)?

Sort of. It's really just adding traits that do that (there are a number of werewolf relationship bonus traits), although there is a base game relationship cheat that will let you set it exactly. (Too much typing for my taste, though.) Werewolf ally is gained through the gameplay of a werewolf asking a non werewolf for werewolf sympathy, so very much coming to an understanding.

I found the negative really easy to get around, though. High charisma, fame, etc. make it mean very little. Using a test save, my werewolf used the besties romantic greeting on Caleb and it cut the red, filled the green, and halfway filled the pink. So there are an awful lot of ways to get around it.

Speaking of cheats, has anyone removed the werewolf trait from children/toddlers?

When I did it changed their hair styles, hair color, and eyebrows for all of their outfits.

Little Miss Sam created a mod that allows Feral Run to decrease Fury. This may help with building relationships since they aren't so angry all the time :D
