Yeah, that was very weird. I can see why they didn't want outdoor cooking such as barbecues because they can cause a lot of fires, but not everyone wants to eat cafeteria food. In my postgrad halls in the UK we had ovens.
So we can start fires in parks that our kids can be in other worlds but University students can't handle it? *hmmm*
Maybe they think the brains of students living in dorms are so scrambled by their studies or by drinking lots of juice that they can't handle cooking?
