Vanilla since the beginning. I cannot say I have never thought about it, but it always seemed like more trouble than it would be worth to maintain mods in my game and the majority of my qualms are not small issues that can be fixed easily. So short of Origin and the Sims having something akin to the Steam workshop, it is going to stay that way.
