No. Usually I don't run any mods at all or I put some in for giggles or to see what the fuss is about, then I play around with it and take it out. I'm definitely not dependent on any.
I do plan on exploring mods more when the Sims 4 is over and I won't have to update anything anymore.
I used mods and cc in the first two Sims games that I played... to the point of looking for mods and cc more than playing, especially near the end of their runs. I don't want to get caught up in that addictive (for me) loop again.
Sims 4 looks good and runs well for me and I don't experience any bugs that ruin the game for me. Usually there are work arounds to anything I encounter that bothers me.
