Every single household I put this in the sims have a hard time leaving it be.

There's NO way to stop them! If they don't have a computer, they just use their cell phones! Also you need a sink in the bathroom, so they can wash their hands - dishwasher can always do dishes.
I need at least the aesthetic of a sink in the bathroom. Since them washing dishes in the bathroom drives me more bonkers, I place the bucket of cleaning supplies under all my bathroom sinks even shrunk down tiny and nearly invisible they make the sink unusable. My sim then has to go wash dishes in the kitchen. She just also washes her hands there after using the bathroom.
