as someone who is phobic of thunder and lightning im worried?

When ever the lightning happens it happens so fast though and always miss a chance to take a nice picture. The first time it scared me but I didn’t check my forecast to see what the weather was and had my volume up. Just lower your volume a little if you want to see but don’t want to be startled. It’s actually beautiful seeing lightning in the distance.
