The three Cantrell sons are dating the triplet Golden sisters. So, how odd is it that their father, Drake Golden, calls up Joseph Cantrell, Sr., to say he and Joseph's wife, Louise, were planning on spending some time together, asking for advice. :open_mouth: Well, they promised us weirder stories and I guess they are delivering on it. Of course, Joseph answered, he wouldn't do that if it were him. Subtly is an art, after all and Joseph is an Adjunct Professor. To think this is only my second phone call since this was instituted. What has been your experiences, so far?

Yes that interaction prompts about a 20% green bar gain :) perhaps Joseph is a bit jealous and jumping to conclusions?

It means spend time together as in becoming closer friends. It’s not romantic at all. As the above poster said it only increases the friendship bar.

I think it was the way it was worded that bothered me. If he just wanted to get to know Louise better, why not include both spouses? The four of them could have a lot of camaraderie if their kids all get married to each other. Shared in laws, shared grandkids. No, it was something in the way the question was worded. And just why was Louise colluding with Drake?

How can you tell which social is the romantic and which is the friendship one? Does it say they want to go in a date? I don’t think I’ve had a romantic social one pop up yet

Yeah, I think I got one from a friend that said "hook-up" or something and I said no to it because it was with my Sim's apartment landlord :joy: . I didn't want my Sim's friend hitting on the landlord during an apartment emergency. Wouldn't it be cool though if you could chat up the landlord and get free rent or bills reduced.

It would be nice if they were color coded. Pink for romantic outcomes. Green for friendly ones.

My phone calls have been pretty mild. Things like "Hey, should I hang out with Frank?"
I say yes and then a couple days later, "Thanks, Frank is a cool guy."

Yeah, this has been ok for me. Not that many calls, and the ones I get aren’t very aggressive. I’ve gotten a few “should I get to know X better” calls, which I usually answer yes. More connections between characters is always good. I got one “should we have a baby” call. I answered “no” to that one due to the already large size of this family. The caller thanked my sim for giving them a reality check. What can I say. She needed it. ?

My Teen Global Superstar was asked by a female Sim, (can't recall her name, let alone if she has kids, yet) if she should have a baby. Her partner and her were discussing it. Erik said sure. Her response was amusing. "Hm, err, okay, I guess we're having a baby." I came away wondering if Erik was suddenly the Baby Daddy? :open_mouth: LOL So far, it's been fun. Hopefully, it will stay that way.
