I would love it if Sims could pay child support in the game. Or at least give money to their kids as a gift.
If you don't mind mods, there are two that come to mind. I do believe MCCC has such a provision, but I also know that SimRealist SNB & Banking mod allows for such. I use both mods, but so far nobody owes Child Support. I do have my Teen Global Superstar repay his father from his own account (yes, Sims in the household can open their own accounts) and he was able to send money to … It's quite handy, actually.
