At what time will Seasons be released?

@others with C&D it was approx. midnight for every time zone (so Europe had it a few hours before the US because we're a few hours ahead). With CL it was midnight HK first, then midnight US, then midnight Europe. So in Europe, then, we got it later.
I really wonder how they'll do it this time :/
I think he means once it’s 12am midnight eastern and it’s Friday it unlocks 9pm pacific
