At what time will Seasons be released?

As far as I know EPs have always been released at midnight (or thereabouts), it would be weird if they changed it now. That said, all other packs and updates are released at the exact same time globally. So there's some logic in it.
But I'm really hoping it'll still release at midnight though, otherwise they day is going to be soooo long.
