At what time will Seasons be released?

I don't care :D We had it faster than the US one year, another HK and the US had it, respectively 2 and 1 days, before us. And frankly, if the US or HK or Australia gets it half a day or more earlier I'll be using VPN to download it anyway. Since I've already paid for it that's perfectly legal :D I just want it to be released somewhere, preferably before 10 am US time :D
