Bug fixes of course although I am rarely plagued with them (knock wood) so many are.
An outdoor well with bucket or at least,
a hand pump for sink (off grid) and one for outdoors.
Fridges can also run on propane so
maybe an option to have at least one enabled for off grid with all options with gas/wood stove.
