August Patch Speculation Thread 2021 (Patch Up Now)

Time to start speculating on the Next Patch. I think August will only bring bug fixes but who knows? I'm hoping some bugs get fixed with Cottage Living and Home Decorator and as well for the base game...

So what I got from the Livestream:
-1 Game Pack is getting updated and refreshed.
-Lore is being added to Pre-Made houses and Sims are being updated.

Looks like swimmable areas pre Sulani won't be happening ?
