Automatic Vendor Attendance

Question

I have a few of the little food booths on my community lots but I find it very annoying that you have to hire them out when visiting in order for them to show up. Especially if kids are going to the park unattended they aren't allowed to spend the money. Is there a mod that makes food booth attendants show up automatically (kind of like in a restaurant) and the same is true for bartenders.

I don’t use custom content or mods, and it bothers me too that vendors don’t show up when you put the stands on a lot too.  I wish they would give us the choice, it doesn’t seem like it would be that hard for them to do......it is little things like this that makes the sims 4 not as good as it should be.....

The thing is, why would you choose for them not to show up?? They should be working!
