Autonomy On, definitely. It's fun to see what other sims get into while I'm focusing on one particular sim in a family. Spouses autonomously flirting with each other and parents autonomously hugging their kids are my favorite things to witness. Even when I'm working with a sim, I give them a bit of leeway to interact with their family.
