Backroom lot ideas

The issue with combined lots, however you make them, is the required furniture and how it's distributed on the lot. If you add a church, then there will be benches so sims going to the club will still look for a couch or something to sit on and will sit in the church area. 

Thanks for the link. I obviously visited that thread a month ago, but don't recall reading the backroom lot info. Lots of good info there.  I see it's more like a new total thing, than a way to mix any existing lot categories iinto one lot, but still, with a bookshelf upstairs, the usage of the room will still be quite flexible, allowing for plenty of imagination.

Hoping to see more about how other simmers use this feature now that we are a month into simming with the new pack :)

And I'll return to my own game in just a couple days - can't wait to continue exploring R&L :)

Church/nightclub sounds like an interesting mix, I think contrasts will do this lot good :) I do now realize this lot is more like a new package thing, and not an option to mix two existing lot categories, so this will limit my ideas a bit, but it still could make for many interesting locations and combos.

I haven’t build with the new lot type yet, so I don’t know how it works. I would like to build a library during daytime and a nightclub during nighttime. Another idea is a church/Lounge during daytime and a creepy nightclub during nighttime.
