Bailing on a friend

@Kristen, I had that come up also. I saw where it said it was attached to the noncommital trait, which my sim has.
I believe that, for example, your sim is invited to the festival by a friend. I would agree to go, then go and immediately leave. That's what I'm waiting for anyway.
