bakery with coffee shop
It's been awhile so if someone could remind me. If I own a bakery, can I put a coffee bar in there and will it be functional? Will customers buy coffee too?

Assuming you're creating a restaurant as a Bakery, You can do what ever you want.
I believe if Coffee is on your restaurant's Menu your employees will use it.
