@DaniRose2143 @Stormkeep Now that I'm playing a save that has all my own Sims, or the ones we've added from the Gallery, we don't delete naked/bald/shoeless Sims. We'll lead them into CAS and find them something new to wear.
We found a few good Sims that were put in the Gallery in their underthings, so they make their first appearances (un)dressed that way. More than once, they've bombed a good photo by prancing into the scene that way.
